Geographic location definitely impacted the superpowers in our world. The better environment, location, and resources, the better off a society was. -But geography is becoming less and less important as gov't becomes more and more. Rather than physical location, if this big brother restrains a country from trading, having freedom, etc it freezes the country's global growth. The freer our global market becomes, the more opportunity everyone has. If someone has access to the internet, they have the ultimate opportunity for success. |
